I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to the Cosmetic Concierge. Every single step of this process, up to my surgery and after, have been absolutely amazing. 

About six months ago I finally made the call and began working on my top surgery and lipo with them and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kevin was incredible with keeping me up to date with the information I needed and keeping me calm during the process. When I got there the day of surgery (travel weary and exhausted) the facility was beautiful and luxurious and had such a calm atmosphere you wouldn’t even know it was a clinic. Max did my intake and pictures and it was such a comfortable experience for something that could have been really uncomfortable. Dr. Sherie met with me beforehand and introduced herself and talked with me as well as their anesthesiologist. Everything went so smoothly that I almost don’t even remember it - I went to the OR completely calm and prepared knowing exactly what was going to happen, and they made sure my exit was as comfortable as possible. 

This does not feel sterile or like a hospital or anything of the nature - it’s comfortable and relaxed and exactly the kind of place you’d want to be in to get something done. The follow ups were just as informative. My surgery had no complications and was even finished earlier than they expected - and the healing process has been just as amazing. They couldn’t have done a better job, and neither could anyone else.  

No matter the distance you travel (mine was 500 miles!) and no matter who has a better quote, THIS is where you want to go. I am a real person who was really afraid of this process, like anyone would be, and if I did it again I’d pick the Cosmetic Concierge every time over. Amazing staff and doctor. Amazing facility. Amazing results.
